This is my first hat, and not sure the large brims would suit me?
We can modify your hat to any brim size you like, a major part of wearing a hat like this is with confidence. So, if you are not feeling confident in the bigger brims, we suggest a smaller brim to start with.

Can you send international?
We ship everywhere in the world, please see Shipping & Returns for more info.

Are your hats vegan?
Our fur felt hats are not. Our limited-edition straw designs are.

Can I return my hat for a refund?
Given that every hat is custom made, M.J. Cooper does not accept returns. However, we are committed to assisting you with any alterations you may have in mind. To discuss, please get in touch via the contact page, here.

How do I pay for my order?
Payment is made via PayPal or bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.

How much do your hats cost?
Given the customised nature of each hat - which involves the selection of different priced elements from one design from the next - prices vary depending on your intended design. Generally, prices start at $700.00 AUD however, for a more accurate price guide please get in touch via the contact page, here.

What are your hats made from?
Our hats are made from ethical sourced fur felt. Design elements such as ribbons and stitching are sourced vintage in almost all instances. Straw hats are made of straw.

Do you make everything by hand?
Yes. Each hat is shaped by hand as well as all design elements such as ribbon bows and stitching.

Where are you located?
