Return for refund - Please kindly note that given each hat is custom designed and produced in collaboration with the wearer, we do not provide refunds.
Return for alteration - We understand that you may like to tweak a few things upon receiving your hat. Therefore, we have a 30-Day Alterations Period that allows for small updates and changes to be made to the hat – not allowing for a total redesign. This period is 30 days from you receiving your hat, which is measured as per mail tracking details.
To start the alteration process please notify us of your wish to do so via the contact page, here. Then, return the hat in original condition with original packaging within. Once received back in the studio, M.J. Cooper will be in touch to undertake your desired alterations.
Once these alterations are made, the hat will be returned to you.
Please kindly note that no further alterations can be made after this point.

Shipping - Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Both domestic and international deliveries are experiencing delays during the COVID-19 pandemic. While M.J. Cooper does all we can to ensure your hat reaches you in a timely manner, we cannot control the delays of our delivery partners.
Domestic - All orders placed with M.J. Cooper Hats will incur a minimum $20 postage charge. As you go through the checkout process online, you will see the charges relating to the size and number of purchases, and location of shipping. 
International - All orders placed with M.J. Cooper Hats will incur a minimum $30 postage charge. As you go through the checkout process online, you will see the charges relating to the size and number of purchases, and location of shipping.
Duty & Tax - All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. If your credit or debit card is not denominated in Australian Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
